Please allow up to 5-7 business days to receive your order after your payment is cleared and processed. During major sales our shipping time is 7-10 days for delivery. Please allow 2 business days (not including weekends) for us to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us.
In most cases we will ship your items before that. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.
We ship all packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If you are not home to sign for your package, please ensure that someone else is. USPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. Please note that no refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If an order is returned to us, you MUST pay for the order to be reshipped.
