- Our hair is 100% raw hair that has not been processed in any way. You can color or bleach our hair any preference you like. For bright and vibrant colors, we recommend using hair from our Blondeshell Collection for the best results.
- The amount of bundles you need is ultimately up to your preference. However, this is what we recommend:
- 16-26 inches: 3 Bundles
- 28-34 inches: 4 Bundles
- 36-50 inches: 5 Bundles for maximum fullness
- If you're going to do a long ponytail, we recommend using 3-4 bundles for fullness.
- With proper care and maintenance our hair is guaranteed to last through multiple installments. Our customers generally use their hair for up to 3 years.
- Wash the hair once per week gently with a moisturizing sulfate free shampoo in a downward motion with your palms, do not scrub or bunch the hair together.
- Deep condition throughout the hair & rinse with cold water.
- Air dry the hair if possible to keep natural texture. If blow dryer is needed please dry on cool setting.
- Braid curly and/or deep wavy textures or use flexi-rods before bed.
- Use a leave in conditioner/water mix or curling cream to help keep your curls/waves moisturized.
- Using a weave brush comb through the hair in the mornings & in the evening.
- Apply a light amount of hair oil.
- Wrap your hair nightly with a silk scarf or bonnet (doing this helps lock in moisture and eliminates unnecessary shedding/tangling).
Can I make changes to my order ?
- To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, so orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.
When will my tracking number start to update ?
- After receiving a tracking email. Shipping activity will become available 24-48hrs once label is created. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it inside your inbox.
Can an online order be picked up in store ? Unfortunately we do not offer in store pickup for online orders. All online orders are processed online & have a processing time of 2-3 days. Online orders are shipped directly from our Houston, Tx warehouse NOT THE STORE.
