I placed an order on 05/13 for 1 bundle of 50 inch hair and it still hasn’t shipped yet. I waited the 5-7 business days it said to wait for my item to ship on the shipping policy and it still hasn’t shipped and when I reached out to see what’s going on, I get no response! I reached out to that customers service email multiple times with no response at all, tried calling the customers service phone#, reached out via social media(Instagram plus Facebook) & still NOTHING! & when I called that customers service phone# it says the# has been changed! I am very upset with this whole process and I’m only waiting 1 more week and then I’ll be taking them to court to re-coupe my money! I orders from them one other time a year ago and didn’t have any issues so I’m very confused and disappointed!! I want my order this time and then I will not ever order from them again due to the lack of good customers service! If my order doesn’t ship within the next week then I will definitely be taking them to court!

This hair by far is absolutely bomb... it’s silky straight, no weird smell to it, doesn’t tangle or shed.. I will recommend this hair to anyone looking. For future reference I will install at least 3 bundles at a time.. I give this hair 2thumbs up!!

The quality of this hair is UNMATCHED!! I currently have in 5 40” Luxury raw straight bundles and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. You literally can get this hair bone straight with just one pass and I don’t even straighten everyday. I recently washed, re-installed and crimp it and the hair still looks and feels brand new ! I haven’t noticed shedding either which is always a + for me. I know I will have this hair for a very long time!

I had to come write a review because I have had these same Raw Straight bundles since 2021 and you can catch me on their instagram page in 2021 with the same bundles but they were natural color. I most recently reinstalled the bundles again and dyed them. I must say the quality did not change ! The color came out perfect and bundles still look fresh and new. I live in Houston, Tx where this company is based and everyone knows they have the best long raw bundles! This is what this company is known for! Buy the hair & Thank me later :)

I ordered 5 bundles of the 40” Luxury Raw Straight hair. Shipping was a little over a week which was fine for me. The hair was so beautiful arrived in good condition NO SMELL & super soft and full from roots to ends. I got a sewin frontal install and only ended up using 3 and half bundles. Hair is worth the money will purchase again.

Not complaining I’m pretty sure you guys are busy but it got to me 4 days after they shipped (it is stated in shipping policy about how long shipping is) hair came packaged really well also I love how pretty the packaging & silk bag the hair came in , I opened the hair & hair was silky soft , shiny , bouncy & smelled good no shredding & it’s true to length overall I love the hair it’s bomb & for a great price wish shipping was faster and customer service was better will continue to shop & tell others to as well ! ❤️

I ordered online and my order was not shipped as quickly as I expected but I can say that the customer service was exceptional and the hair that I received which was the 30" Luxury raw straight bundle deal was even more exceptional! 2nd install with the same hair and I am looking forward to my next purchase from the company. To be honest I didn't read shipping policy in full which is what confused me about my order but everything turned out perfectly and the customer service was great!

50 inch hair !
Purchased the 50" bundles for my bday & babbyyy this is the best hair ever !! I'm 5'10 so the hair stops right before my knee. No tangles at all & has the very nice natural luster to it. This hair doesn't even need products in it to tame it. It took about 1 week to ship out and soon as I received it I made my wig and have been wearing it since! I have only straighten this hair once for my photoshoot but honestly it has a natural straight texture you don't even need to straighten it. Im a big hair guru so for me to spend over 2k on some hair I was bound to leave a review.

Some wefts will have loose hair that you have to brush out, so I was expecting a few strands, but to not have one, I was beside myself. You can literally run your fingers through this hair, and the hair just flows through the fingers w/o any tangling
