Let me start by saying this hair is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. My stylist could not believe how full the wefts are and the overall integrity of the hair. I ordered 3 bundles of 16 inches and she only used two because I wanted it to look natural. The downside is the overall experience in getting the hair. I ordered the hair on 4/3 and didn’t receive the hair until 4/22. I reached out to them on 4/10 bc I had an appointment on 4/12 and was told they would overnight it. That didn’t happen. I reached out multiple times for a status update as I had booked an appointment with a deposit-no response. On 4/17 a UPS label was created however it wasn’t taken to the facility to ship out until 4/19. No one ever replied to my emails at all. It’s really unfortunate that a company with such a high quality product has such a poor level of customer service.

When I received the hair the texture was kinda hard as if sprits was sprayed on all 3 of my bundle’s and the ends of it was dry and hard so I washed the hair got it installed and cut the ends. so far it’s okay I just hope it last a long time.

I purchased the body-wave bundles in lengths 16,18,18. I’ve worn this hair for my Prom , Graduation and my orientation for college. So that’s from May- October ( 6 months ) and I’m still currently wearing this hair. I have been able to reuse my same bundles and they look very pretty every time. I see why the company is called Pretty Inchez because the hair definitely Pretty. I will continue to use this company.

Purchased 3 16” bodywave bundles + 16” hd frontal & I am highly impressed. The curls stayed in place all night long even up until the next day. I mean this hair is just so beautiful even when it arrived it smelled good was packaged well. I know I will have these bundles for a long time I can just tell. I ordered three body wave bundles and a closure in January 2023, hands down the best hair quality I’ve ever had! Even after getting it colored, it’s still soft and bouncy with minimal shedding. Love love this hair!

I dyed the hair honey blonde, I put the bundles in the protein treatment and froze them for 3 hours . When I thawed out the bundles the wave pattern was still locked after a massive amount of bleach , absolutely No shedding or Straggly ends !!
