WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Pretty Inchez business hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00pm CT. We do not process orders on the weekends & we are CLOSED every Sunday. All online orders received before 4:00 pm are processed in 48 hours. *** Payment processing is 2 business days***

  • The standard processing time for bundles, closures, frontals & hair products is 5-7 business days after payment processing. For Pretty Inchez wigs the standard processing time is 7-10 business days after payment processing. All Luxury long wigs 40 inches or longer the processing time is 10-14 days. Orders usually ship out before time.  Please allow the shipping time for your desired shipping method. PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES.
  • We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders that are placed on Friday AFTER 12PM CT, will be processed on the next business day Monday . In most cases we will ship your items before the standard processing time. It is advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline that you need your product for, it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays that may be out of our control.

During Sales your processing and shipping times maybe longer. Your patience is appreciated.

We do ship some packages with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. If you are not home to sign for your package, please ensure that someone else is. USPS or UPS will usually make several attempts to deliver your package. They may also leave a notice of their attempts to deliver at the delivery address and give you a telephone number to call for pick-up or to arrange an alternate delivery date. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for package pick-up, if necessary. Please note that no refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If an order is returned to us, you MUST pay for the order to be reshipped.
